Return Policy

Our Easy Return Procedures:

Our online Returns Department will be pleased to process your request upon receiving your email specifying your order number, item description along with its quantity and the reason you return the item.

We will email you the return authorization code and return address.

After packing your return, please send it back to us via shipping carrier from your country.

You will be informed by email once we've processed your refund request.

You may return any item you purchased from us to eKopen.ca within 15 days of delivery of your shipment for a full refund minus return shipping charges. 

We'll only refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or used items , or items returned more than 15 days past delivery.
